This figure represents the financial performance of 502 Auntie Anne’s franchised shops located inside enclosed malls (“Enclosed Mall Franchises”), as published in Item 19 of our March 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”). While there were 530 Enclosed Mall Franchises in operation at the end of fiscal year 2023, 28 Enclosed Mall Franchises were excluded from the financial performance representation because they were either co-branded franchises, did not report sales in all 53 weeks of fiscal year 2023, or were not open and operating for the entire fiscal year 2023.
